“M.I” Music an Art

Most people have come to the conclusion about criticising M.I with some tough unwarranted comments which serves no good but to shatter this superster and great talent. Whatever is preached in your album or on any track should not be taken as the pragmatic ideology of the artiste. Music is base on creativity and mind masterpiece. If you can mould these two together, you get M.I. Most of us have heard great artiste like Biggie Smalls and Tupac Shakur deliver tough flows that might sound unacceptable but they are flows entangled in Art. We must encourage our young Artiste in our young vibrant music industry. M.I, who is a product of plateau state Nigeria has done some great stuff which has brought him fame. His tracks are played by radio stations and DJs across Nigeria and he’s been highly talked about in terms of his talent. His first album “Talk about it” launched late 2008 has been a success with solid tracks like crowd mentality, pulling me back and others capturing the heart of hip hop fans. He actually won Best Rap Single Award at the 2008 Hiphop World Awards and is expected to do better in the year 09. Also, he did a collab with the famous Djinee on a track titled Lade which is actually doing great. He joins the list of Rapstars in Nigeria and we hope he does well in his next album.
